What to expect?

* 10 min warm up

* 60 min learning the choreography (intermediate level)

* 30 min solo/group video recording with my help. Prepare your smartphone memory as well as a WINTER SPARKLE outfit

* 20 min solo/group pictures. Please prepare the poses before arriving

* Pole dance or regular dance heels

* Kneepads
* Comfortable clothing for practice and an outfit for the video/photos
