Terms and conditions:

 

1. The student must pay the monthly fee by the 1st day of each calendar month. Otherwise, the spot in the group may be offered to students on the waiting list.

2. All fees (monthly and drop-in) are strictly non-refundable.

3. If a student has paid for the monthly subscription but is unable to attend any classes that month and informs the teacher before the first class of the month, the fee can be transferred to the following month.

4. Students must inform the teacher about being late or skipping class as soon as it becomes possible.

5. If a class is unexpectedly canceled by the teacher, she will contact the affected students before the next scheduled class to offer make-up options or compensation.

6. A single drop-in class costs 20 euros. Advance reservation and confirmation of available space are required prior to attending. Contact: https://www.enga.dance/contact.

7. If the student does not wish to be filmed or photographed during training, she must inform the teacher prior to the start of the class.

8. Mutual respect and support between students and towards the teacher are mandatory.

9. Students are responsible for their own health and safety during the classes. Any past injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies must be reported to the teacher before the class starts. By participating, students agree that the teacher is not liable for any injuries sustained during the training.

10. By making the payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
